Working together to achieve your NDIS goals

Two Sense Therapy - NDIS Occupational Therapists is a small family-owned business based in Cheltenham with our Founder and Occupational Therapist Angus at the forefront. Since opening in 2020 Angus has worked with hundreds of individual NDIS participants to assist them with functional capacity assessments, low-cost AT recommendations, complex AT assessments, Complex home modification assessments, Supported independent living assessments, and Specialist Disability Accommodation assessments. He established a strong foundation in working with people with a wide variety of disabilities as well as obtaining a firm understanding of the decision-making process of the NDIA. Angus has worked primarily with adults and has experience with physical and psychosocial disabilities, including dual disabilities and participants with complex social backgrounds.

Assistive Technology

From wheelchairs and beds to adaptive cycles and mobility scooters, we’re here to help you find the equipment that suits your lifestyle and needs. Our team takes care of everything – including completing all required NDIS funding applications – so you can focus on living life your way.

Functional Assessments

Our qualified Occupational Therapists provide comprehensive functional assessments to support your NDIS planning. These assessments help identify your current needs and any additional supports required, guiding the NDIS in determining the right level of funding for you.

Supported Disability Living (SDA)

Our experienced Occupational Therapy team understands the complexities of SDA within the NDIS and is here to help you find the right home to suit your needs. We’ll guide you through the eligibility process and assist in securing the necessary funding.
Not sure if you qualify for SDA? Contact us to discuss.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Our Occupational Therapy team collaborates closely with your Support Coordinator and a SIL (Supported Independent Living) provider to help you secure the funding you need through your NDIS plan. Together, we ensure your living arrangement supports your independence, safety, and goals.

Home Modifications

Creating a home that’s safe, accessible, and tailored to your needs can make a world of difference in your daily life. Whether you require minor modifications, like grab rails, hand-held showers, or ramps, or larger changes such as a bathroom renovation, widened doorways, or full home reconfiguration, we’re here to help.

Our Occupational Therapists work closely with you, your builder, and other professionals to assess your living environment and recommend practical solutions. We also assist with NDIS funding applications to ensure the modifications are covered under your plan, where eligible.

Every home and person is unique, and our goal is to help you live more comfortably, confidently, and independently in your own space.

At Two Sense Therapy, we bring our services to you—whether that’s in the comfort of your home, a local community centre, or through secure telehealth platforms.

We primarily work with participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and accept referrals from both Plan-managed and Self-managed participants.

Our team is based in Cheltenham, Victoria, and proudly services areas from Melbourne CBD through to the Mornington Peninsula, including most surrounding suburbs in the Southeast.
