NDIS Referrals

Two Sense Therapy is mobile and completes assessments in the comfort of our clients' homes, local area or via telehealth. We are currently accepting referrals for self-managed or plan-managed participants in the following areas:

  • Assistive Technology Assessment  (simple and complex)

  • Home Modifications Assessment  (simple and complex)

  • SIL Assessment 

  • SDA Assessment 

  • Functional Assessments

We help Participants navigate the NDIS system and work collaboratively with Participants, Support Coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure assessments align with individual goals and NDIS requirements. Our Fouse is delivered accurately and clearly, with recommendations to help you access the funding you may need.

TAC Referrals

‍ We help Participants navigate the TAC system and work collaboratively with Participants and other stakeholders to ensure assessments align with individual goals and TAC requirements. Our Fouse is delivered accurately and clearly, with recommendations to help you access the funding you may need.
